Development Committee -2- UP-94-14 b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) C. A minimum of 13 parking spaces shall be provided, including one space for the Physically handicapped. (2 . 5 spaces are required for every 1, 000 feet of building area. The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and liquid asphalt, asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) e. Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5 (g) of the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No Spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5 [g] [4] ) f. Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals , or within barns or similar structures , on property of less than 1/2 acre, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side property line. (Development Title Section 9-1045 . 5) g. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045 . 7 [b] )
