(Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> C. A minimum of 13 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including one space for the Physically handicapped. <br /> (2 . 5 spaces are required for every 1, 000 feet of <br /> building area. The size and location of the parking <br /> spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of <br /> Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and liquid asphalt, <br /> asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards <br /> shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015. 5) <br /> e. Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5 (g) of <br /> the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed <br /> to confine direct rays to the premises. No Spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except <br /> onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5 [g] [4] ) <br /> f. Except for movement on and off the property, animals <br /> shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, <br /> corrals , or within barns or similar structures , on <br /> property of less than 1/2 acre, closer than 40 feet <br /> from any rear or side property line. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1045 . 5) <br /> g. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to <br /> pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free <br /> from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure, so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, <br /> other disease vectors, and offensive odors.
