1 Procedures section 388 by serving a copy of this petition on the attorney general. Petitioner <br /> 2 has also complied with Public Resources Code section 21167.5 by serving on respondents a <br /> 3 copy of this petition prior to filing of this action. <br /> 4 WHEREFORE, petitioner requests judgement against judgment against respondents as <br /> s follows: <br /> 6 1. For an alternative and preemptory writ of mandate directing respondents to set <br /> 7 aside the negative declaration; <br /> 8 2. For peremptory writ of mandate directing respondents to comply with CEQA <br /> 9 with respect to the slaughter house project in order for respondents to prepare and complete <br /> 10 an environmental impact report under CEQA; <br /> 11 3. A judgment declaring that fundamental vested right of provided the petitioner is <br /> 12 adversely effected; <br /> 13 4. For temporary stay order, temporary restraining order, preliminary and <br /> 14 permanent injunctions restraining respondents, agents, employees, officers and representatives <br /> 15 form undertaking any construction, installation or development, issuing any construction <br /> 16 development approvals or permits, making any contracts, or taking other action to implement <br /> 17 in any way the slaughter house project pending compliance with CEQA; <br /> 18 5. Costs of suit; <br /> 19 6. For attorneys fees pursuant to section 1021.5 of the Code of Civil Procedures; <br /> 20 7.
