d) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit (or <br /> Improvement Plan). <br /> e) Verification shall be obtained from Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> f) Prepare and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) meeting the <br /> requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) or provide documentation <br /> from the State indicating coverage is not required under the general construction permit. <br /> Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the SWRCB and comply with the State "General <br /> Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge <br /> Identification Number (WDID), issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. <br /> Permit Registration Documents (PRD) shall be filed with the SWRCB. A copy of the approved <br /> SWPPP and all required records, updates, test results and inspection reports shall be maintained <br /> on the construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> g) The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No. 97- <br /> 03-DWQ, "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities <br /> Excluding Construction Activities' or provide documentation from the State indicating coverage is <br /> not required under the general industrial discharge permit. The WDID for the Industrial General <br /> Permit issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public Works for file. <br /> h) The driveway shall be designed/configured so that semi-truck and trailers enter and exit from/to <br /> Frewert Road without encroaching into the oncoming lane. <br /> i) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to <br /> fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right- <br /> of-way.)
