A fee based on the current <br /> fee schedule is required for the processing of the Certificate of Compliance legal descriptions. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be referenced on the Certificate of Compliance legal descriptions. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3. Prior to recordation of the Certificate of Compliance,the owner shall make an hrevocable Offer of <br /> Dedication(IOD)for an easement to the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation <br /> District for drainage and flood control purposes. The IOD shall be in a form that is acceptable to the County <br /> and the easement limits shall contain the following: <br /> a) A minimum of 50 feet measured at right angles landward from the top of bank of the portion of <br /> Littlejohns Creek that lies within the subject property, and <br /> b) The portion of Littlejohns Creek that lies within the subject property. <br /> 4. The limits of Littlejohns Creek and the Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area shall be referenced on the Certificate of Compliance in accordance with Section 66434.2 of the <br /> Subdivision Map Act. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than 1 acre of soil and is not part of a larger common plan of development,are required to <br /> obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity(www.swrcb.ca.gov/stormwtr/gen_const.limiNconst permit). <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. As an example,these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot above <br /> the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. All new structures shall be prohibited with <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency's designated floodway of Littlejohns Creek or within 30 feet <br /> of the top of its bank, whichever is greater. <br /> (iii.)
