Page i l <br /> k City of Escalon <br /> Project No. 750.3 <br /> February 26,2001 <br /> Inspection events will include monitoring of the following parameters: <br /> • All performance functions of the treatment system. <br /> • Measuring and recording air flow &temperature. <br /> • Screening the influent vapor concentration with an organic vapor meter (Thermo <br /> Environmental Instruments Model 580B with a 10.2 eV photoionization lamp, calibrated <br /> 4 to factory specification with a 100 ppm concentration of isobutylene gas). <br /> A log will be maintained on site that will list cumulative-operating hours, OVM monitoring <br /> data, regeneration events, and an estimate of the amount of hydrocarbons removed per Clay. <br /> Laboratory Testing <br /> Once a month, samples will be collected for influent and effluent samples for laboratory <br /> analytical evaluation. Monthly samples will be submitted for testing of BTEX, TPH-G and <br /> OFCs (the 4'oxygenated fuel compounds). <br /> A vacuum pump will be used.to collect an air sample from each sample port. The air <br /> sample will be collected in a one-liter capacity Tedlar bag and submitted the same day to <br /> Air-Toxics in Sacramento 'for BTEX, TPH-G and OFC analysis.
