The location of the subject property is shown on <br /> Figure 1. <br /> INVESTIGATION ACTIVITIES <br /> Field Observations <br /> The subject property borders McDowell to the north. There are a number of vehicles stored on <br /> the McDowell site. The northern portion of the McDowell site is capped with asphalt, which is <br /> in poor condition and the rest of the yard appears to be uncapped. There is obvious staining on <br /> the asphalt and dirt areas of the yard. Aerial photographs included in Attachment A show the <br /> historical storage of motor vehicles in the yard, soil staining, and the proximity of stored vehicles <br /> to the subject property. <br /> Observation of water pooling from a recent rain event suggested drainage from the McDowell <br /> yard was toward the subject property.
