Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> C.E. # 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi , California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study on the Salvador Cancilla property, <br /> MS-92-158 , Parcel Nos . 1 and 2 . to divide a 20 acre <br /> parcel into two parcels , Parcel Nos . 1 and 2 . Parcel No. <br /> 1. is to contain 4 acres and Parcel No. 2 is to contain 1.6 <br /> acres . The present 20 acres parcel has a homesite on it <br /> and will be situate in the northeast corner of Parcel No. <br /> 1 in the planned divided condition. <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> Soil Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the Salvador <br /> Cancilla property located at 12967 North Garnero Road, Lodi , <br /> California 95240 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the <br /> subject property as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of <br /> the subject property. <br /> Only one ( 1 ) permit on North Garnero Road was available for <br /> study. This single permit for a septic system installation was <br /> dated October 4 , 1974 . The permit was for the initial installation <br /> of two (2) leach lines , each eighty ( 80) feet in length. This <br /> reviewed permit classified the soil as sandy loam. No repairs or <br /> renovations were recorded for this septic system <br /> Existing Use⢠<br /> Except for the existing homesite in the northeast corner of <br /> the 20 acres parcel , the land involved in this soil suitability <br /> study, is devoted to the growing of cherries . As already mentioned <br /> the present 20 acre undivided parcel has a homesite on it and this <br /> existing home will be located in the northeast corner of Parcel No. <br /> 1 in the planned divided condition. <br /> Salvador Cancilla 2 <br />
