.e <br /> 3.2.1 Date and Time of Inspection <br /> SECOR performed the site inspection on March 11, 2005. Weather conditions during <br /> the inspection were sunny, and the temperature was in the mid-60s. <br /> 3.3 SITE INSPECTION METHODOLOGIES <br /> 3.3.1 Individuals Conducting Site Inspection <br /> Ms. Amy C. Zach conducted the site inspection. <br /> 3.3.2 Site Representatives Present During the Inspection <br /> Mr. Tony Sanchez, Office Manager for Coast-to-Coast, Dan Nisse, Customer Service <br /> Manager for Barbosa Cabinets and Hans de Moor, Countertop Division Manager for <br /> Barbosa Cabinets, and Mr. Scott Benton, Office Manager for Hap Jones Distribution, <br /> were present during the site visits of their respective companies and provided SECOR <br /> with information relative to site operations and site history. <br /> 3.3.3 Description of the Inspection Process <br /> The SECOR site inspection included the visual inspection of the interior areas of all <br /> buildings and/or structures located on the subject property, visual observation of all <br /> accessible exterior areas of the subject property, a visual observation of all abutting <br /> and/or adjacent properties from the respective property boundaries, interviews with site <br /> management personnel and knowledgeable representatives of major occupants, and <br /> observations of surface water and stormwater discharge patterns across the subject <br /> property. <br /> 3.4 SITE INTERVIEWS <br /> Ms. Kelly Dubose, Property Manager for ProLogis, was interviewed regarding the past uses of <br /> the subject property. SECOR was informed that there has been one renovation (2004) to the <br /> site structure since construction in 1998, and that prior to construction, the subject property was <br /> agricultural land. <br /> Mr. Tony Sanchez, Office Manager for Coast-to-Coast, was interviewed regarding past releases <br /> or recognized environmental concerns (RECs) at his facility. Mr. Sanchez advised that no <br /> hazardous materials are stored or used on-site, and that he was unaware of any past releases <br /> or RECs at his facility. <br /> Mr. Dan Nisse, Customer Service Manager for Barbosa Cabinets, was interviewed regarding <br /> past releases or RECs at his facility. Mr. Nisse advised that he was unaware of any past <br /> releases or RECs at his facility. <br /> Mr. Hans de Moor, Countertops Division Manager for Barbosa Cabinets, was interviewed <br /> regarding past releases or RECs at his facility.
