No evidence of recognized environmental conditions on the subject property was observed in the aerial photographs. 4.4 SANBORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS Sanborn Fire Insurance maps were not available for the subject property area. 4.5 CITY DIRECTORIES Criss-Cross City Directories were not available for the subject property area. 4.6 LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT RECORDS The San Joaquin County Building Department was contacted in March 2005 by SECOR with regard to pertinent building permits on file regarding the subject property. According to a representative of the building department, permits for the subject property date from 1998 (site approval) to the present. The earliest permit for building construction at the subject property was finalized in 1998. No permits were on record for the subject property address prior to 1998. 4.7 OTHER HISTORICAL DATA SOURCES A United States Geologic Survey (USGS) topographic map dated 1953 (photorevised 1980) for the Midway, California quadrangle was reviewed by SECOR.
