ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> WILLIAM HENDRICKS <br /> SA-90-21 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Ordinance Requirements . <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking , existing and proposed utility <br /> services , and grading, shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct a water well under permit and inspectionof <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the munmber of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of <br /> service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of <br /> Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region. <br /> C. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof . <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. A grading plan shall be sulmbitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U .B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006 ( 1) . <br />
