March 10, 2009 fbr nearby addresses that have been tested for these constituents. <br /> Two nearby wells ataddresses located within one mile of the Site were found to have <br /> non-detectable levels of-DBCP_and nitrate as NO3 levels ranging from 9.6 to 18.1 ppm. <br /> The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 46 pm; <br /> the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ppb. Based on these results, it appears that groundwater in <br /> the area contains nitrate at levels below the MCL. DBCP contamination of ground water <br /> does not appear to be a problem in the area. <br /> 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website was searched <br /> on October, 2009 for the subject Site. No Hazardous Materials Business Plan records <br /> were identified for the Site address. <br /> Michelle Halliwell of the OES was interviewed by telephone on October 12, 2009.
