n n <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> The EHD was contacted regarding the Site address of 23004 East Gawne Road. <br /> According to Diane Martinez of the EHD, no records related to environmental cleanups <br /> or hazardous materials are on file for the Site addresses (personal communication, <br /> October 7, 2009). <br /> rched the EHD well and septic permit files for the Site on October 7, 2009. <br /> No permits ere found. <br /> 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> 7.1 EPA Databases <br /> The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated sites <br /> through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and the <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DISC). The SWRCB's GeoTracker database <br /> includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, leaking underground storage tank <br /> (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. DTSC's EnviroStor <br /> database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup <br /> sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and permitted hazardous waste <br /> facilities. <br /> LOGE searched both databases on October 169-for ny listed sites within a <br /> quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site wag not listed n either database, an no <br /> facilities within one-quarter mile were identifi&_o_ ' er database. Surroun in <br /> addresses were located based on review of parcel information available through the <br /> San Joaquin County District Viewer. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health De artment Databases <br /> On October 7, 2009, LOGE reviewed two databases maintained by the EHD, <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated February 18, 2009, a e <br /> LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, dated June 18, 2009, for surrounding facilities of cvnc n No <br /> listed facilities were found within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. <br /> LOGE reviewed the EHD reaps of Nitra e d CP Land Use Data dated October 22, <br /> 2001 at the EHD office( , f the five we ose to the Site teste ni r , aur were <br /> found to have nitrate as 03-leve s lesser 20 parts per ion (ppm); the last well <br /> was found to have nitrate levels between 21 and 44 (ppm). BCP was not detected in <br /> the four closest wells tested. LOGE also reviewed the Wat H-D�ta Table dated <br /> LOGE0913 Page 4 <br />
