In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency,Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250,telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Golfview Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 to 45 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />
