The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a. <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch <br /> maximum depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. The volume of <br /> on-site drainage required shall be specified for each parcel on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 7. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).
