San Joaquin Counly Environmental Health „Department Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to review file information on sites identified in the state and federal records search and to identify any additional sites near the subject property which are not on the state or federal lists. The following lists were reviewed: fHazardous Waste Cleanup Sites (including leaking,EUSTs) as of June 1999 • Registered Underground Storage Tanks as of June 1999 Hazardous Materials Incidents as of June 19.99 The subject property does not appear on any of these lists. There were no adjoining properties found on any of these lisis. However, one(1) release site within 114 mile of the subject property were found on these lists. The release site is listed below: KOA Kampgrounds 2851 East Eight Mile Road i I • File review for this property revealed that there was a gasoline release of unknown volume in 1994. � The file had a safety plan for the remediation. The release was abated by removing the existing system and excavating the surrounding soils. All soils were transported off-site and there are non- hazardous waste manifests on file. 3. Waterloo-Mor-ada Fire Department i Inquiries were made with the Waterloo-Morada Fire Department in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, releases or spills, underground storage tanks,above ground storage tanks,or Peaking underground storage tanks on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property. a C According to officials at the Waterloo-Morada Fire Department, records for the subject property are accessible only by incident.
