26JANUARY 2000 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER E99333 <br /> The 1937 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as being completely vacant. The properties <br /> to the north, south, east and west of the subject property are depicted as being vacant as well with <br /> the exception of a canal which is to the west of the property. <br /> `- The 1952 aerial photograph depicts the subject property as unchanged. There are still no noticeable <br /> structures on either the subject property or the adjoining properties. <br /> The 1963 aerial photograph depicts no changes to the subject property. There is a cannery visible to <br /> the south past Eight Mile Road. The properties to the north, south and west remain vacant with the <br /> exception of a canal which is to the west of the property. To the east of the subject property there are <br /> a few scattered single family residences. <br /> L The 1975 aerial photograph depicts a small house on the subject property. The remainder of the <br /> subject property was depicted as vacant. There are no changes to the properties to the north, west <br /> and south. The properties to the east are beginning to depict more scattered housing. <br /> The 1983 aerial photograph depicts no changes to the subject property or the adjoining properties <br /> since the 1975 photograph. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> �- Topographic maps of the subject property were reviewed at the California State Library in <br /> Sacramento,California. Maps of the Tracy quadrangle published in 1953 and 1968 were reviewed, <br /> as well as editions of the 1968 map photorevised in 1976. <br /> L <br /> The USGS Lodi South, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1953 depicts the subject <br /> property as vacant land. The surrounding properties were also depicted as being vacant. <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1954 depicts the subject <br /> property as being vacant. To the north of the subject property is agricultural land and a small <br /> residence. To the east of the subject property is Golfview Road. To the east of Golfview Road are <br /> a few scattered single family residences. The property to the south is Eight Mile Road. In addition, <br /> to the south of Eight Mile Road there is a depiction of a cannery on the map. To the west of the <br /> subject property is vacant land followed by a canal. <br /> The USGS Tracy, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1968 depicts the subject <br /> property as mostly vacant although a small structure (presumably the house) is now depicted on the <br /> property. There are no changes depicted to the properties to the north, east or west of the subject <br /> �- property. To the south of the subject property there are now industrial waste ponds depicted on the <br /> cannery site. <br /> 8 <br />
