In addition, there are no noticeable changes to the <br /> properties to the north, west or east of the subject property. The only change depicted is on.the <br /> property to the south. On that southern property there more waste ponds present on the cannery site. <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An interview was conducted with Mr. Stanton Speare,the owner of the subject property. Mr. Speare <br /> indicated that the subject property has been owned solely by members of his family. In addition, he <br /> `r noted that the residence does not currently have occupants. According to Mr. Stanton the property <br /> is currently vacant and being used as pasture land for the one horse on the property. Previously,this <br /> property had a cattle pasture in addition to the single family house. To the best of the owners <br /> knowledge this property has never been a gasoline station, laboratory, commercial property, dry <br /> cleaners, etc. In addition he noted that it was to the best of his knowledge that none of the adjoining <br /> properties had been either. <br /> The subject property is 32.51 acres in size and has its own septic system. There are no, and have <br /> L, been no, underground storage tanks on the subject property according to Mr. Stanton. In addition, <br /> he states that there are no chemicals being stored on the subject property. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> ` A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix F. <br /> The subject property is located at 11021 Golfview Road, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California. The <br /> subject property is relatively flat land with a residential house and stables. There is also a horse <br /> which roams through land set aside for grazing to the south of the house. The house appears to be <br /> in fair condition although the paint appears to be in some disrepair. To the south of the subject <br /> property is vacant land.To the far south, past the vacant land, is Eight Mile Road. To the east of the <br /> subject property is Golfview Road. Past Golfview Road are several single family residences. Of <br /> these residences, several have vacant land along with their residences. To the north of the subject <br /> property is a single family residence with acreage. To the west of the subject property is vacant land. <br /> To the west of the vacant land is a canal. The canal appears to be clean with no oily residue on the <br /> water. The canal walls are in good shape and consist of native soils and grasses. <br /> 9 <br />
