The subject property is relatively flat land with a residential house and stables. There is also a horse E which roams through land set aside for grazing to the south of the house. The house appears to be in fair condition although the paint appears to be in somel disrepair. To the south of the subject property is vacant land. To the far south,past the vacant land, is Eight Mile Road. To the east of the subject property is Golfview Road. Past Golfview Road are several single family residences. 4f J p p Y ,, g Y these residences, several are multiple acre parcels. To the!!°north of the subject property is a single family residence with acreage. To the west of the subject property is vacant land. To the west of the , 'n vacant land is a canal. The canal appears to be clean with ito oily residue on the water. The canal walls are in good shape and consist of native soils and grasses.
