(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Cleigh and Elizabeth Voorhees APN: 007-270-25 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Graham Road (Private) has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> The private road (Graham Road) from Jahant Road to the residence should be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207 and the Liberty Fire District. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,523.00 per single-family dwelling in <br /> the Lockeford area.
