(Wright) has prepared this letter report of our site <br /> reconnaissance regarding the potential for possible surface and/or subsurface <br /> contaminants at the above referenced site. The purpose of this report is to assess, to a <br /> preliminary degree, possible sources and presence of possible contaminant sources as <br /> inferred from surface indications, which may have affected the property. Each item is <br /> discussed in the paragraphs below with a brief discussion of the item. This information <br /> should fulfill the requirements of a surface and subsurface contamination report as <br /> required by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Please note that this <br /> report contains a site surface reconnaissance with research, but it is not an ASTM <br /> guidance-type"Phase I Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment." <br /> Property Description and Location: The Thomas Pereira property is located at the <br /> northwest intersection of Grant Line Road and Bryon Road in San Joaquin County (see <br /> Location Map). The property owner has indicated to Wright that he may wish to create <br /> two (2) parcels, Parcel 1 to contain 48.69 acres and Parcel 2 to contain 5.0 acres each out <br /> of a larger single parcel totaling 53.69 acres; all as shown on the attached"Parcel Map". <br /> Possible Future Land Use: The planned development on the subject property is to use <br /> the 5-acre parcel as a f itu home-site and the remaining parcel for agricultural <br /> production of tomatoes alphalpha. _ p <br /> Property Site Description: The subject property <br /> prro�Jperty is located on the north side of the <br /> roadway of Grant Line Road, west of the Byron Road/Grant Line Road intersection <br /> (approximately 1,440-feet) in San Joaquin County. <br /> THOMAS PEREIRA PROPERTY at 15345 Grant Line Road,Tracy,CA 95.904 <br /> Page 2 <br />
