(c/o Sukhjit'Tony'Singh) <br /> (APN[s]/Address: 209-190-33/ 16151 West Grant Line Road, Tracy) <br /> ACTION: On May 7, 2020, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved PA-1900127 subject to <br /> the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within ten (10)days of the action with an appeal fee of$648.00. The ten-day <br /> appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on May 17, 2020.
