Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 5. COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Contact: [209]235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. This can be up to a <br /> ninety (90) day process and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as <br /> early as possible. It is also recommended that the project applicant obtain an information package. <br /> 6. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Contact: [559] 230-6000) <br /> a. For each project phase, all records shall be maintained on site during construction and for a period <br /> of ten years following either the end of construction or the issuance of the first certificate of <br /> occupancy, whichever is later. Records shall be made available for District inspection upon <br /> request. <br /> b. For each project phase, maintain records of (1) the construction start and end dates and (2) the <br /> date of issuance of the first certificate of occupancy, if applicable. <br /> c.
