5. Stripe and sign the west entrance access to indicate the following movements are allowed: <br /> A. Right in. <br /> B. Right out. <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARMTENT(Contact: [209]468-3420) <br /> a. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the design calculations, <br /> including the maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is proposed to serve. In <br /> addition, show on the revised plans that the disposal field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This disposal field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). <br /> b. An Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) permit for the installation of an engineered <br /> system was issued on October 3, 2018 and will expire October 3, 2019 but can be extended to <br /> October 3, 2020. This OWTS must be installed per approved plans prior to final occupancy (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> c. The onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS)shall be designed to receive all domestic sewage <br /> and wastewater from the property. Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge into the OWTS. <br /> No basement, footing or surface drainage or discharge from water softener, iron filter, pool filters, <br /> or water treatment systems shall be permitted to enter any part of the OWTS. The floor drain in <br /> trash enclosure area shall not be plumbed into the OWTS as indicated on the OWTS plans (San <br /> Joaquin County OWTS Standards 1.10.1). <br /> 1. Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: Automobile and garage waste, storm drainage <br /> solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from restaurant or bar, air <br /> conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, truck terminal wastes, recreational vehicle holding <br /> tank waste, industrial and manufacturing waste, and food processing wastes (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.7 and San Joaquin County OWTS 1.14). <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the two(2)septic tanks under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department that are associated with two(2)houses located on this property as per approved <br /> OWTS permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> e. The existing private water well located on the southwest corner of the parcel is proposed to be used <br /> for irrigation. However, the site plan shows this well to be in a future parking lot. Provide a <br /> description of how this well will be maintained in conformance with ordinance and Well Standards <br /> requirements and protected from damage and contamination from vehicles. Please be advised <br /> that well pits(wells completed below grade)are prohibited(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.8[a]). <br /> f. Destroy the abandoned well located at the house at 16105 Grant Line Road under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> g. The following information related to the Small Public Water System must be submitted to the EHD <br /> prior to final occupancy: <br /> 1. The Technical, Managerial, and Financial documentation <br /> 2. The source capacity and demand usage report <br /> 3. A diagram of the water distribution system <br /> 4.
