Special events are required to have adequate security. <br /> I <br /> b. Events must be no longer than three consecutive days induration. <br /> c. All events must conform to all state and local law regarding the sale of alcohol. <br /> d. The Sheriffs office must be notified thirty(30)days in advance of-events with an expected attendance of <br /> over five hundred(500)people. j <br /> e. All amplified music and sound must be kept to a reasonable level. <br /> a <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Contact Staff:Alex Chetley,.[209] 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to <br /> fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right- <br /> of-way.) (Development Title Sections 9.1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approaches for all driveways serving the project site from Grant Line Road shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards Drawing No. R- <br /> 17 <br /> 17 prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy for phase one of the project. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> c. Dedications to result in a 42 foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of W. Grant Line Road to <br /> the property line shall be required across the parcel's frontage and extending 150 feet east from <br /> the east property line (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) (Fees are required for processing <br /> dedications per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to copies of the Grant Deeds.) (The <br /> fees will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.) <br /> d. The frontage improvements for Grant fine Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a fifty-foot wide right of way rural road as shown on San Joaquin County <br /> Standards Drawing No. R-3 and also include mitigations as detailed below. All improvements <br /> shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. The improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check and <br /> field inspection fees. The improvements must be completed prior to issuance of the certificate of <br />` occupancy for phase one of the project. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 1) Provide an overflow parking lot that can accommodate 100 additional parking spots for <br /> occasional high parking demand. The overflow panting lot shall at a minimum be graded soil <br /> that will accommodate storm drainage runoff. <br /> Conditions of Approval -3 - <br />
