Phase One to include a 19,940 square foot <br /> assembly hall. ,,Phase Two to include a 9,600 square foot kitchen and dining hall. (Use <br /> Type: Religious-Assembly-Regional) <br /> The project site;is located on the north side of Grant Line Road, 1,250 feet east of <br /> Hansen Road, West of Tracy. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of AIG (General Agriculture) and is zoned <br /> AG-40 (GeneraiAgriculture, 40-acre minimum). <br /> The Community`Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> History <br /> On October 31;x,1994, Site Approval No. SA-94-0040 was approved for the parking of two <br /> trucks and four hailers on site. <br /> On January 9; 1997, Use Permit No. UP-96-0006 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission fora 170 person neighborhood church including the construction of a 3,200 <br /> square foot chgrch and a 1,000 square foot building for a kitchen and restroom facility. <br /> The existing residence will be used by the priest. Day care or child care is not.permitted. <br /> On August 20, `=.1998, a one-year Time Extension for Use Permit No. UP-96-0006 was <br /> approved by the.Planning Commission. <br /> DC MEMO - 1 PA-1000217 <br />
