A review fee of $610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
