The project site is located on the north side of West Grant Line Road, 1,250 feet <br /> east of Hansen Road, west of Tracy (APN/Address: 209-190-33/16215 W. Grant Line Road, Tracy) <br /> (Supervisorial District 3). <br /> LEAD AGENCY: San Joaquin County Community Development Department. TELEPHONE NO.: <br /> (209)468-3120 <br /> This is to advise that the San Joaquin County Planning Commission has approved the <br /> above-described project on November 17, 2016 and has made the following determinations <br /> regarding the above-described project: <br /> 1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> 2. A Mitigation Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions <br /> of CEQA. <br /> 3. Findings were adopted pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br /> 4. A Statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. <br /> 5.
