See the"Table of Contents" <br /> of this Draft EIR for a complete listing of all chapters and sections. <br /> 1.6.1 VOLUME I <br /> ► Chapter 1,Introduction,describes the purpose,type, scope,organization, and content of this Draft EIR. <br /> ► Chapter 2,Summary, summarizes the project description, the significant environmental impacts that would <br /> result from the project, and the program and project mitigation measures proposed to avoid or reduce those <br /> impacts. <br /> ► Chapter 3,Project Description,describes the location,property ownership, existing and surrounding land <br /> uses, objectives, entitlements, development program,tentative subdivision maps,infrastructure,phasing, and <br /> related projects associated with the proposed project.
