Approve Use Permit for GNK,LLC to construct an aboveground, 30-arce tertiary wastewater storage pond <br /> for on-site irrigation on land designated for agricultural uses (137-acre Pombo property)located at the <br /> southeast intersection of Byron Road and Mountain House Parkway in the AG-40 zone,outside the <br /> boundaries of the MHMP area(see Figure 3-14 later in this chapter). <br /> C. Approve Use Permit to develop two water tanks to be dedicated to the Mountain House Community Services <br /> District(MHCSD)located within the P/CC designation. <br /> D. Immediately cancel Williamson Act contracts for the following parcels(Assessor Parcel Nos.): <br /> 1. 209-450-14, 15, 16 <br /> 2. 209-080-03 <br /> 3. 209-060-11 <br /> 4. 209-080-02 <br /> 3.7.4 ANNEXATIONS <br /> The following applies only to the College Park portion of the MHMP area. <br /> A. Annex College Park into the MHCSD. <br /> B. Annex the 114-acre Delta College site into BBID. <br /> The MHCSD will require that the entire College Park area come in with no more than three annexations.MHCSD <br /> has not agreed to allow annexations to occur on a project-by-project basis. <br /> 3.7.5 ACTIONS OF OTHER PUBLIC AGENCIES <br /> The following applies only to the College Park portion of the MHMP area.These actions are required for the <br /> College Park project,but are the purview of MHCSD rather than the lead agency(SJCCDD).
