listed below are available for review, along with the College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III at the San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205. <br /> A. Amend the MHCSD Utility Master Plan for stormwater,water, and wastewater to accomplish the following <br /> changes: <br /> I. Approve the College Park amendment to the Storm Water Master Plan Update, recognizing the changes <br /> in land use, stormwater runoff amounts, the proposed stormwater conveyance systems, the proposed new <br /> stormwater quality basins,and the existing Water Quality Basin No. 1. <br /> 2. Approve the West Yost Associates Water Plan for College Park,recognizing the changes in land-use and <br /> the corresponding changes to water demands and water-main sizes and locations, and the sizes and <br /> locations of proposed water storage reservoirs. <br /> 3. Approve the College Park amendment to the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Master Plan, recognizing <br /> the changes in land-use, wastewater generation, and the sizes and locations of sanitary sewer main lines. <br /> B. Adopt of the Joint-Use Agret-went to construct two water tanks on Delta College's property. <br /> 3.7.6 OTHER POSSIBLE PERMITS AND REGULATORY APPROVALS <br /> The following applies only to the College Park portion of the MHMP area.These actions are required for the <br /> College Park project,but are the purview of regulatory agencies other than the lead agency(SJCCDD). <br /> National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (Central Valley RWQCB). <br /> Section 401 water-quality certification from the Central Valley RWQCB. <br /> Section 404 of the federal Clean Water Act permit from the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers for fill of <br /> wetlands. <br /> Streambed alteration agreement from the California Department of Fish and Game(DFG) for possible <br /> alteration to Mountain House Creek associated with widening Grant Line Road bridge. <br /> Incidental take permit from DFG for the two optional water tank sites in Alameda County. <br /> Incidental take permit from United States Fish and Wildlife Service for the two optional water tank sites in <br /> Alameda County. <br /> Encroachment permits from T.he California Department of Transportation(Caltrans) and Federal Highway <br /> Administration for freeway improvements to 1-205. <br /> Authority to Construct permits from the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District. <br /> Mosquito abatement permits from San Joaquin County Mosquito Abatement District. <br /> California Department of Health Services permit for land application of recycled water(Pombo property). <br /> Approval to abandon or relocate BBID irrigation canals to allow development without impacting off-site <br /> agricultural operations. <br /> EDAW College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III Draft EIR <br /> Project Description 3-16 San Joaquin County <br />
