3.9 TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS <br /> At this time, two developers in the College Park area are seeking approval of tentative subdivision maps as part of <br /> the College Park project. These include GNK,LLC(487.2 acres)and InvestWest Matthews Land,Inc. (59.3 <br /> acres),which collectively cover 546.5 acres(67%)of the project site.Table 34 identifies the proposed - <br /> development associated with these Tentative Maps. As indicated,this development would include 1,737 <br /> residential units, 1.5 acres of neighborhood commercial, 16.77 acres of office commercial, 90.27 acres of limited <br /> industrial, 3.0 acres of public facility(church),the two K-8 schools,the 31.3-acre community park, and the 8.5- _ <br /> acre neighborhood park.
