A number of amendments to the County's Development Title have been recommended for the project.These <br /> amendments are related to residential setbacks, lot sizes,building coverage, and other changes.The intent of these <br /> changes is to primarily allow a variation in housing types and to promote the development of smaller,more <br /> affordable homes on smaller lots while maintaining a variation in architectural styles within the community.
