Open Space improvements to a specific segment <br /> shall be completed no later than the time at which 80%of dwelling units for the neighborhood,or adjacent <br /> parcels,have been issued final inspection.(The MHCSD General Manager may require completion of the <br /> improvements to an earlier date if it is deemed necessary). <br /> Implementation Measure 7.7.7.3(3).
