• Implementation Measure 5.2.3.(n). The K-8 school sites designated on the Tentative Map shall be <br /> dedicated to the Lammersville Elementary School District as required in the school agreement between the _ <br /> applicant and Lammersville Elementary School District.The condition shall be met prior to approval of First <br /> Final Map in Neighborhood.A/B or as set forth in the school agreement. <br /> • Implementation Measure 5.2.3.(0).The School funding agreements between the applicant and <br /> Lammersville Elementary School District and Tracy Unified School District shall be implemented to provide <br /> interim and permanent funding for school facilities,as evidenced by certificates of compliance from this <br /> jurisdiction stating that the developer has complied with funding requirements as per the agreements.The _ <br /> condition shall be met prior to approval of Final Maps. <br /> • Implementation Measure 5.2.4.1(a).Adequate interim facilities will be provided,including relocatable — <br /> classrooms and support facilities at existing schools as per school funding agreements. <br /> • Implementation Measure 5.2.4.1(b).Interim use of buses and other special vehicles shall be provided for _ <br /> student transportation services based on student generation rates,as contained in either the Master Plan,the <br /> School Facilities Master Plan, or school funding agreements.Once schools within a safe walking distance are <br /> open,buses and other support vehicle needs shall be supplied as required. The Specific Plan shall address the siting of a K-8 <br /> school in Neighborhood B to accommodate residential development in Neighborhoods A and B.The Specific <br /> Plan shall determine the land use for Neighborhoods A and B. Based on the residential densities allowed in <br /> these neighborhoods,the number of potential students will be identified.The Specific Plan shall address the <br /> safe access of students from Neighborhood A to the future school site located in Neighborhood B.
