"d) Calculations, including assumptions and process loading parameters,to support the <br /> i <br /> determination of the amount of land necessary for raw water storage, different water <br /> treatment processes,treated water storage, sludge disposal,and support facilities shall be <br /> included in the Development Permit application for the water treatment plant." <br /> Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Mitigation Monitoring Program <br /> The following water mitigation measures from the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Mitigation <br /> Monitoring Program are applicable to the proposed project. <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4.1-1.If potential or proposed restrictions on diversion would cause the confirmed <br /> water supply to be insufficient to serve the project as proposed in the Master Plan,then the specific plans shall <br /> identify additional water conservation/reuse measures to be incorporated into the project to ensure that the <br /> demand would not exceed the confu ned supply. <br /> ► Mitigation Measure 4.4.1-5. Industrial reuse of water treatment sludge shall be practiced to the maximum <br /> extent possible. The Community Service District shall consider other disposal options only if industrial reuse <br /> were infeasible. <br /> P <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4.1-6.Chemical Selection and Facilities. Prior to the plants,chemicals associated with <br /> water and wastewater treatment operations shall be carefully selected to minimize the hazard. Chemical <br /> handling and storage facilities shall be designed to minimize and effectively mitigate the potential for <br /> accidental releases,including such features as secondary containment, alarms,remote sensing instruments, <br /> and other safety features. <br /> College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan 1112004 <br /> The following measures from the College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III are applicable to water. <br /> Potable Water System <br /> Annexation to BBID(MP).For any area outside the boundaries of BBID that will require delivery of BBID <br /> water for urban use as a specific condition of commencement of construction, annexation to BBID shall be <br /> required. Annexation to BBID shall be required prior to the recordation of the Final Map. <br /> ► Land use within the Specific Plan III area shall generally conform to the approved land use plan and the type <br /> and number of dwelling units and square footage of industrial or commercial uses tabulated for the plan. <br /> Deviations from the approved land use plan which are projected to increase water demand above MHMP <br /> levels shall not be permitted unless additional sources of water are secured. <br /> Water use shall be monitored continuously and adjustments to supply made as necessary as directed by the <br /> MHCSD. <br /> ► An agreement between BBID and Delta College for delivery of non-potable water for landscape irrigation <br /> y purposes must be approved prior to the annexation of the college to MHCSD, or <br /> ► The existing agreement between MHCSD and BBID must be amended to include the delivery of non-potable <br /> water for landscape irrigation purposes on the Delta Community College site and in the Community Park <br /> prior to approval of Specific Plan III. <br /> College Park at Mountain Nouse Specific Plan III Draft EIR EDAW <br /> San Joaquin County 4.5-13 Public Utilities <br />
