Final Supplemental EIR for Delta College Center at Mountain House 2002 (Mitigation Measures) <br /> The following wastewater mitigation measures from the Final Supplemental EIR for Delta College Center at <br /> Mountain House are applicable to the proposed project. <br /> ► Mitigation Measure 4.44.The District shall pay its fair share costs to construct Phase H of the wastewater <br /> treatment plant. A"will serve"letter shall be issued by the Mountain House CSD prior to construction of <br /> Phase I of the proposed project. <br /> ► Mitigation Measure 4.4-5.The District shall contribute to the cost of updating the Sewer Master Plan to <br /> address the reuse/application/disposal of sludge for Neighborhood A. The updated Sewer Master Plan shall <br /> be completed and adopted by the Mountain House CSD Board of Directors prior to construction of Phase I of <br /> the proposed project. <br /> Mountain House Community Services District Design Manual 2002 <br /> There are no wastewater measures or standards identified in the Mountain House Community Services Design <br /> Manual applicable to the proposed project. <br /> Significant Impacts Identified in the 1994 Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Final <br /> EIR <br /> The 1994 MHMP EIR identified the following significant drainage impacts before mitigation associated with <br /> implementation of the MHMP: <br /> ► Adverse water quality and public health impacts because of inadequate wastewater treatment or lack of <br /> enough reclamation sites. <br /> Illegal waste discharges through agricultural drains if the drains are not abandoned. <br /> Adverse water quality and public health impacts and/or reduction of available landfill capacity due to <br /> production,treatment,and disposal of wastewater-treatment sludge. <br /> ► Uncontrolled release of hazardous materials associated with wastewater treatment. <br /> ► Flooding resulting from failures of levees around wastewater treatment facilities and effluent holding ponds. <br /> .. ELECTRICITY <br /> San Joaquin General Plan 2010 <br /> There are no policies identified in the San Joaquin General Plan applicable to electricity. <br /> Mountain House Master Plan 1994 <br /> T The following electricity measures and policies from the Mountain House Master Plan are applicable to the <br /> proposed project. <br /> Policy 8.2b.The community shall adhere to conditions and restrictions of use applicable to areas within the <br /> easement rights-of-way of primary power transmission lines.
