If PCB-containing equipment(50 to 500 <br /> parts per million PCBs in the oil)or PCB equipment(over 500 parts per million) were identified, this <br /> equipment shall be replaced with non-PCB containing equipment prior to construction. Any <br /> identified spill areas shall be evaluated for cleanup. <br /> Implementation 6.9.a. Structures that would be removed or renovated as part of the project shall be <br /> screened or surveyed for the presence of asbestos-containing materials.Removal of structures shall <br /> only occur after obtaining a demolition release form. Before any site work that would involve grading or construction in 500 feet of the crude oil or <br /> natural gas pipelines, development plans shall be submitted to the pipeline owner(Chevron, <br /> PG&E) for review and approval. The owner shall be responsible for ensuring that the operation <br /> and condition of the pipelines are in compliance with State Fire Marshal regulations for proposed <br /> land uses on and adjacent to their easements. <br /> Mountain House Community Services District Design Manual 2002 <br /> There are no measures or standards identified in the Mountain House Community Services District <br /> Design Manual applicable to Public Health and Safety. <br /> SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS IDENTIFIED IN THE MOUNTAIN HOUSE MASTER PLAN AND SPECIFIC <br /> PLAN I FINAL EIR <br /> The MHMP EIR identified the following significant public health and safety impacts before mitigation <br /> associated with implementation of the MHMP: <br /> College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III Draft EIR EDAW <br /> San Joaquin County 4.9-25 Public Health and Safety <br />
