J <br /> Provisions for attaining air quality requirements of the Mountain House Master <br /> Plan are described in Specific Plan III, Chapter Ten: Air Quality and Transportation <br /> Management. <br /> The Cassano Tentative Map area is in the Byron Bethany Irrigation District <br /> 3 <br /> (BBID) and was previously served with irrigation water by BBID canal. Water delivery <br /> from the BBID canal has stopped due to ongoing construction activities in the area and <br /> the canal will be abandoned as College Park builds out. Water conservation measures <br /> and water storage and distribution information for the proposed subdivision are'described <br /> in Specific Plan III, in the DEIR, and on the Tentative Map. <br /> Water table management and plans for the continued provision of water and <br /> r <br /> drainage service for agricultural uses in the vicinity of the proposed subdivision are <br /> described in the Farm Irrigation, Drainage and Canal Report, by MacKay& Somps, dated <br /> 14 March 2005, on file at the County. <br /> Storm drainage facilities for the proposed subdivision are shown on the Tentative <br /> Map, submitted with this application. How such facilities fit within plans for the <br /> community of Mountain House, anticipated phasing of facilities, and flood protection are <br /> described in Specific Plan III, Chapter Fifteen: Storm Drainage and Flood Protection. <br /> The provision, design, phasing and timing of all public services, 'financing <br /> _ ` procedures for public services to serve the proposed subdivision, including <br /> medical/emergency services, school design and phasing, and MHCSD-annexation of all <br /> land within the proposed subdivision are described in Specific Plan III, on file at the <br /> County. <br /> Waste management services to be provided to the Cassano Tentative Map area <br /> will be in accordance with the standards of the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific <br /> Plan III, which implements the Master Plan. For further description of waste <br /> management, please refer to these documents, on file at the County. <br /> 4 <br /> Residents of the Cassano Tentative Map area will have access to numerous parks <br /> and recreational opportunities. The nearest neighborhood park will be the Neighborhood <br /> D park, approximately 1200' to the west. Provision for this park was made under <br /> Specific Plan II. Residents may also enjoy any of the community parks proposed for <br /> Mountain House. The most accessible recreational amenity for the proposed subdivision <br /> is the Linear Park to be developed along the tower line easement bisecting the project <br /> area. The multi-use trail to be built as a part of this landscaped open space corridor will <br /> provide easy pedestrian and bicycle access to the multi-use trails on De Anza Boulevard <br /> and Grant Line Road, and to shopping via these trails. This linear park will also provide <br /> access to the southernmost of Mountain House's community parks with a minimum of <br /> street crossings (5 crossings at four locations along approximately 11/4 miles.)
