The project consists of 130 medium-high density residential ' <br /> lots, 99 medium density residential lots, approximately 4.7 acres of Open Space to be <br /> developed as a linear park, and parcels to be developed as private streets, landscaped <br /> common areas and private courtyards. These plan amendments ensure consistency between the proposed project <br /> and adopted plans. <br /> Specific Plan III documents compliance with all required studies, plans and <br /> actions relative to the provision of community facilities and services. Please refer to the <br /> SPIII document for a detailed discussion of services to be provided, including but not <br /> limited to schools, parks, fire, police, libraries and public infrastructure. <br /> The FEIR identifies and addresses all relevant, previously adopted mitigation <br /> measures with respect to this project. For discussion of how the proposed subdivision <br /> implements or is consistent with them, please see the FEIR and SPIII documents. <br /> Housing diversity requirements for type and cost of housing, and the goal of <br /> ensuring a jobs/housing balance over time are addressed on an area-wide basis by the <br />` Mountain House Master Plan through the inclusion of a variety of housing sizes and <br /> types, the provision for second dwelling units on a portion of Low and Medium Density <br /> Residential lots, and a balanced land use plan.
