One key to the success of the community is the appropriate architectural vocabulary and theme. <br /> The Specific Plan III planning area has been named"College Park"providing an academic orientation to the <br /> southern portion of Mountain House due to its adjacency to the Community College. Neighborhood entry <br /> design for the portion of Neighborhood D in Specific Plan III will be in an Italianate style. consistent with that <br /> used for the Specific Plan II portion of Neighborhood D,so that Neighborhood D appears as a cohesive <br /> neighborhood. Detailed design standards developed for residential areas in Specific Plan III will apply to that <br /> portion of Neighborhood D in Specific Plan III. <br /> Section 4.3.2,paragraphs two and three: <br /> Neighborhood AIB has a Neighborhood Center of approximately 42.0 acres as shown in Figure 4-28. The <br /> Neighborhood Center contains two K-8 schools with a Neighborhood Park separating the schools. The school <br /> sites are 15.5 acres and 16.5 acres and are accessed by collector roads at the school entrance area.
