Specific.Plan III represents an opportunity to develop a unique community combining the best aspects of <br /> master-planned development with best building types and styles of long established neighborhoods(See <br /> Figure 4-1). One key to the success of the community is the appropriate architectural vocabulary and theme. <br /> The Specific Plan III planning area has beers named"Cdlege Pdtk'providing an academic orientation to the <br /> southern portion of Mountain House due to its adjacency to the Community College. Neighborhood entry <br /> design for the portion of Neighborhood D in Specific Plan Ili will be in an Italian abLeconsistent with that <br /> used for the Specific Plan 11 portion of Neighborhood D,so that Neighborhood D appears as a cohesive <br /> neighborhood.Detailedilesigms#andards developed for residential areas in Specific Plan lil wilt apply to that <br /> portion of Neighborhood b in Specific'Plan III.
