Special Pulpose flan Cassano .anailos.l:iomcs at College Park <br /> Appendix 1: <br /> Regarding Conformance of this Document <br /> to Special Purpose Plan Requirements <br /> as Set Forth in the Mountain House Development Title <br /> Mountain House Development Title, Chapter 9-815M, reads as follows: <br /> SPECIAL PURPOSE PLANS <br /> Sections: <br /> 9-815.5.1M Required Studies <br /> 9-815.6M Approval <br /> 9-815.5.1M REQUIRED STUDIES <br /> Prior to taping action on an application for a Special Purpose Plan,the impact of the proposed <br /> Special Purpose Plan on the jobs/housing program and on housing affordability shall be determined. <br /> In addition,the consistency with the policies of the Public Financing Plan shall be analyzed and the <br /> potential impact of the Special Purpose Plan on the financial and fiscal resources of the community <br /> and the County shall be determined. <br /> (a) If the Director decides that private consulting services are required,the Director shall <br /> select a consultant. <br /> (b) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of any consultant services plus an <br /> administrative fee as set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. <br /> (Ord.3813(part), 1994) <br /> 9-815.6M APPROVAL <br /> Prior to approving an application for a Special Purpose Plan,the Planning Commission and the <br /> Board of Supervisors shall determine the following are true: <br /> (a) The Special Purpose Plan is consistent with the General Plan,the Master Plan,any <br /> applicable Specific Plan,and the Public Financing Plan; <br /> (b) The Special Purpose Plan shall not adversely affect the jobs/housing program and housing <br /> affordability; and <br /> (c) All applicable provisions of the Mountain House Development Agreement have been met. <br /> (Ord.3813 (part),1994) <br /> Impact on Jobs/Housing Program: <br /> This Special Purpose Plan and the project it describes will have no impact on the <br /> jobs/housing program at Mountain House. Although land use areas are shifting, relative <br /> to existing Specific Plan III designations, there is to be no increase or decrease in the <br /> number of dwelling units. This Special Purpose Plan does not apply to any areas planned <br /> for jobs-creating land uses. <br /> Impact on Affordability at Mountain House: <br /> This Special Purpose Plan and the project it describes will have no adverse impact on <br /> housing affordability at Mountain House.
