WKA <br /> observed no evidence of hazardous materials contamination, nor did WKA observe bulk storage of <br /> hazardous materials on the subject property. <br /> WKA identified no known regional impairments to groundwater quality in the area of the subject <br /> property nor did WKA identify any known contaminated sites potentially affecting the subject <br /> property with respect to hazardous materials contamination. Regarding the exposed liquid <br /> petroleum pipeline on the eastern adjacent property, WKA recommends that further <br /> documentation review and regulatory agency coordination be pursued in order to better <br /> understand the scope of the work being conducted on the pipeline to determine the possible <br /> impact to the subject property. <br /> In summary, a Phase 1 ESA Update was completed for the subject property, workscope items of <br /> Lwhich were performed in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Standard Practice <br /> E 1527-00. The work was completed for the Mountain House Tuso Property in San Joaquin <br /> County,California. WKA has made no exceptions to, or deletions from,the Standard Practice with <br /> L respect to the selected ASTM workscope items completed during this update. This assessment has <br /> revealed no evidence of Recognized Environmental Conditions in connection with the subject <br /> Lproperty. <br /> L LIMITATIONS <br /> LThe above conclusions are based on the updating site assessment activities that included a field <br /> L reconnaissance of October 31, 2005. The work was performed using a degree of skill consistent <br /> with that of competent environmental consulting firms performing similar work in the area. <br /> WKA has attempted to obtain information regarding the property that is publicly available and <br /> practically reviewable, as described in the ASTM standard.
