In summary, WKA identified no confirmed state or federal "Superfund" <br /> 1 sites on or within one mile of the subject property during review of the former DHS's Bond <br /> L Expenditure Plan, the U.S. EPA's National Priorities List (NPL) and the Cal-EPA's Active <br /> Annual Workplan Sites list. No potential federal Superfund sites appeared on or within one-half <br /> L mile of the property during review of U.S. EPA's Comprehensive Environmental Response, <br /> Compensation and Liability Information System (CERCLIS). Additionally,the subject property <br /> L and adjacent land areas are not listed as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act(RCRA) <br /> Generators, nor does the property appear in U.S. EPA's Emergency Response Notification <br /> L System (ERNS) database. No RCRA Treatment, Storage or Disposal (TSD) facilities are located <br /> on or within one-half mile of the property. The subject property does not appear in any of the <br /> agency databases reviewed during preparation of this update. <br /> L <br /> LState and County Databases <br /> Review of various state and county databases using the ASTM search radii revealed no known <br /> Lcontaminated municipal groundwater wells, producing or abandoned DOG petroleum wells, or <br /> active or inactive landfills located on, adjacent to, or within one-half mile of the subject property. <br /> LThe RWQCB Leaking Underground Storage Tank database revealed no facilities located within <br /> one-half mile of the subject property that are known to have experienced unauthorized hazardous <br /> Lmaterials release(s). <br /> L <br /> L INK <br /> WALLACE•KUHL <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC. <br />
