Grading:. except where allowed <br /> otherwiseby the MHCSD; the grading of the project shall be <br /> such that all storm water.runoff shall drain to public streets;'putilic alleys; Mountain House , <br /> Creek; or drainage facilities within easements for storm drat"3e purposes "'Runoff across <br /> property lines to adjacent private property(not including alleys.tfiat have storm drainage.facilities <br /> maintained by the MHCSD or a homeowner's associatlon)jshall not be allowed. <br /> R. The minimum arterial improvements as described herein shall be constructed as necessary to <br /> serve the proposed development or phases of development as determined by MHCSD. <br /> S. Outside of the tentative map boundary, College Park Avenue shall be constructed with full <br /> improvements to the median at Central Parkway and one lane and paved shoulder on the north <br /> side. Within the tentative map boundary, the street shall be constructed complete with full <br /> improvements. <br /> T. Bike Route signs shall be installed on College'Park Avenue. <br /> 36. Street Lighting: The following additional guidelines shall be used in the installation of Street Lights. <br /> A. On Local Intersections a minimum of one street light shall be provided to illuminating the <br /> intersection to the minimum foot-candle levels specified in the MHCSD Standard Plans. <br /> B. On "Knuckles", a street light shall be located approximately the center of the outside radius. <br /> C. On mid-block crosswalks, one and possibly two street lights shall be installed illuminating the <br /> crossing to the minimum foot-candle levels specified in the MHCSD Standard Plans. <br /> D. At"Tee"-intersections, a street light shall be located behind the back of curb of the thru street at <br /> approximately opposite the centerline of the street terminating. <br /> E. At any other locations where lighting is required to illuminate a hazard or unanticipated obstacles <br /> which may not be readily apparent to the driver. <br /> 37. Transportation Management: <br /> A. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the Transportation Demand Management <br /> and Transit Plan (Hoyt, 1997) as administered by the MHCSD. <br /> Timing: ongoing. <br /> B. Full/ultimate improvements for"A" Street shall be constructed and dedicated. <br /> C. Prior to the first building permit, Pasqua Glen shall be constructed to La Barbera Avenue, and La <br /> Barbera Avenue shall be constructed to Central Parkway. Also, College Park Avenue shall be <br /> constructed to Central Parkway, <br /> 38. Truck Mana ement Plan: Traffic shall comply with the Construction Truck Management Plan <br /> administered by the MHCSD. Project construction plans shall include specifications to the contractor <br /> outlining compliance requirements.
