21. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be.implemented.during construction: <br /> ■ Construction shall be limited to the'hours of 6:00 AM to <br /> 9:00 PM on weekdays. Extended hours <br /> which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through prior notice to adjacent <br /> residents and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD for.infrastructure construction and <br /> CDD for building permits. <br /> ■ Comply with all San Joaquin County Development Title for all construction activities. <br /> • Equip all construction vehicles or equipment, fixed or mobile, with properly operating and <br /> maintained snufflers and acoustical shields or shrouds,'in accordance with the manufacturers' <br /> recommendations. <br /> • Arrange all construction equipment and truck routes to minimize travel adjacent to occupied <br /> residences. <br /> ■ Locate stationary construction equipment and staging areas as far as possible from sensitive <br /> receptors. Temporary acoustic barriers may be installed around stationary equipment, if <br /> necessary. [Mitigation Measure 4.13-1 from Specific Plan III EIR] <br /> Timing: Inclusion of the above measures as notes on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and <br /> MHCSD prior to Final Map approval. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> 22. Seismic Safety: The applicant shall comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD <br /> Emergency Preparedness Pian. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to approval of <br /> Final Maps. <br /> 23. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the recommendations of <br /> the Geotechnical Engineering Report: Buck-Mendoza Properties, dated January 9, 2006, and the <br /> addendum to said report, dated February 3, 2006, prepared by Wallace Kuhl &Associates, Inc. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to approval of <br /> Final Maps, and the incorporation of all recommendations of the geotechnical engineering report into <br /> site preparation and construction of each dwelling prior to approval of building permits. {San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Chapter 9-9051 <br /> HAZARDS <br /> 24. Hazardous Materials: The applicant shall follow the recommendations of the Buck & Mendoza <br /> Properties Phase l Environmental Site Assessment report, prepared by M.J.Kloberdanz & Associates, <br /> dated July 20, 2005. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD, Environmental Health <br /> Department, and MHCSD prior to approval of Final Maps. <br /> 25. Hazardous Waste: Handling, use and storage of hazardous chemicals or.materials including, but not <br /> limited to, asbestos shall be carried out in compliance with all applicable safety standards and <br /> coordinated County programs.
