KIoberdanz & -Associates, provided accurate and complete <br /> information. The data obtained are clear and accurate only to the degree implied by <br /> the sources and methods used. <br /> • Highlighted areas, colored boxes and arrows on maps are for general purposes only <br /> and indicate only approximate Property boundaries. The appropriate professional <br /> should be consulted for boundary.questions. <br /> • Contracts or recorded documents-provided to M.J. Kloberdanz & Associates are <br /> reviewed for the purpose of making general observations only, relative to <br /> environmental issues on the Property. M.J. Kloberdanz & Associates is not <br /> responsible for the meaning of, application to the Property, or interpretation of these <br /> documents. Kloberdanz & <br /> Associates. <br /> • Additional limitations and exceptions of this assessment are in Section 6 below. <br /> 1.4 User Reliance <br /> This report is provided for the exclusive use of the Client(s) noted on the cover page and <br /> shall be subject to the terms and conditions in the contract between the Client and M.J. <br /> Kloberdanz & Associates upon payment of services. Any party other than the Client who <br /> would like to use this report shall notify M.J. Kloberdanz &Associates in writing of such <br /> intended use and request permission. Based on the intended use of the report, M.J. <br /> Kloberdanz & Associates may require that additional work be performed and that an <br /> updated report be issued. Noncompliance with any of these requirements by the Client or <br /> anyone else will release M.J.
