Development within the project shall be subject to the payment of all applicable and <br /> lawfully enacted County fees, subject to the provisions of the Development Agreement By and <br /> Between County of San Joaquin and Golden State Investments II, LP("Development <br /> Agreement'). <br /> Specific. The applicant shall pay the Affordable Housing Impact Fee in effect at the time of <br /> building permit approval for all subsequent development within Neighborhood AIB.
