At a minimum,each report shall identify the mitigation riieasures or conditions <br /> to be monitored for implementation,whether compliance with the mitigation measures or conditions has <br /> occurred, the procedures used to assess compliance,and whether further action is required. <br /> MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING,TABLE <br /> The annual report submitted will verify the implementation of mitigation measures.The NRA"Table <br /> that follows should guide San Joaquin County in their evaluation and should be the basis for annual <br /> reporting. <br /> The column categories identified in the MMRP Table are described below. <br /> Mitigation Number—This column lists the mitigation measures according to the number in the EIR. <br /> Mitigation Measure—This column provides the text of the mitigation measures identified in the E1R. <br /> Timing/Schedule—This column lists the time frame in which the mitigation will take place. <br /> Implementation Responsibility—This column identifies the entity responsible for complying with the <br /> requirements of the mitigation measure.
