Assignor hereby assigns to Assignee, for the benefit of the Altamont — <br /> Heights property, all right,title and interest in 8 unused wastewater units of R/MH at 200 <br /> gal/day. The parties acknowledge and agree that Assignee is entitled to apply these units <br /> to the Altamont Heights subdivision for the purpose of obtaining entitlement to 5 — <br /> additional R/L lots within the subdivision. <br /> 2.
